About Free Express Shipping
ANYTIME website offers free international shipping (remote area surcharge) on most hair products. However, gift accessories (such as hair accessories, hats, combs, etc.) cannot be shipped separately and need to be shipped together with wigs.
Total Delivery Time:
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
Processing Time
(1)After placing an order, it typically takes 1 business day to process your shipment. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.
(2)The processing time for our custom wigs is approximately 1-2 weeks. For specific product processing time, please refer to the product page customization time.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx ,4PXwith expedited shipping depending on your location; Your goods will be shipped ASAP with in 48 hours not including weekends and holidays, we know you are eager to get it.
To USA/CA, shipping time is around 4-7 working days;
To Europe countries/regions, shipping time is around 7-10 working days;
To Africa countries/regions,shipping time is around 10-12 working days;
Above both are free shipping, while for Remote regions, there is $15 shipping fee
the cost of following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
(1)If the package meet customs clearance in the recipient’s country/region and produce taxes, it will be paid by the buyer.
(2)The buyer shall bear the expenses incurred due to the buyer's unilateral change of address.
(3)During the package transportation, the buyer shall bear the expenses incurred for cancellation, refuse or return package due to the buyer's personal reasons.

Ensure your delivery address is accessible on workdays.
Keep your phone on, as carriers may contact you.
Some services may require a signature for delivery.
If you waive the signature service, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package once it occurs.
